The line key point

High-intellection filling line only one operator and three assistant worker can control the whole line.

The whole line is environmentally friendly, filling and capping multifunction area is using the sealed exhaust manner and cooperates with duster to ensure the production site is no peculiar smell.

Filling machine is equipped with automatic clean system, the convey belt is equipped with liquid collecting tank. Electricity, gas configuration is using by bridge style scientific configuration, ensure the production site is clean, so it can implement 5s management easily.

The whole line is efficient, the production capacity is 4000 bottles per hour ,the filling precision is ±1g,the labeling precision is ±1mm,it equipped with multichannel detection system ,to ensure the product qualified rate is 100%.

Warranty: 12 months since installation and no more 16 months after delivery. We would supply life-long tech supply if you need. All expense (round tickets, accommodation and local traffic) are borne by buyer. Engineer’s allowance: usd100/person/day.
